These Terms apply only to your use of our website and online services. They do not govern any actual roofing project. Roofing projects are governed by a separate written contract signed by CRS and the property owner for that specific project.

• Create a contract for any work
• Obligate CRS to provide any service
• Guarantee a specific response time, scheduling window, or project outcome
• Bind CRS to any pricing, scope, or timeline you may have estimated yourself

Any actual roofing project will be governed by a separate written contract signed by both you and CRS for that specific project. The website Terms do not modify, supplement, or override that contract.

We aim to respond to form submissions within one business day. Response times may be longer during peak season (typically September through November), during major storm events, and on weekends and holidays.

By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to request service for the property you describe, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Communications

When you provide your contact information through a form or in person, you authorize CRS to contact you by:

• Phone call to the number you provided
• Text message (SMS) to the number you provided
• Email to the address you provided
• Postal mail to the address you provided

This authorization is limited to communications about your inquiry, your active project, related CRS services, and occasional informational communications about roofing topics (such as seasonal maintenance reminders). Marketing email recipients can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. Text STOP to opt out of text messages or call our office to opt out of phone communications.

Intellectual Property

Roofing Project Terms

The terms of any actual roofing project, including but not limited to scope of work, materials, price, schedule, payment terms, change orders, warranty, dispute resolution, and lien rights, are governed by the separate written contract you sign with CRS for that specific project, not by these website Terms.

Every CRS residential project contract includes:

• A written, itemized scope of work
• A price for the scope described
• A specific start date and projected completion date
• A CRS workmanship guarantee on the installation
• Applicable manufacturer materials warranty terms
• Payment terms and schedule
• New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license information and the consumer notices required by New Jersey law

If any term in these website Terms conflicts with a term in your signed project contract, the project contract controls for that project.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CRS harmless from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights
• Information you submit that is false, misleading, or infringing
• Your misuse of the website

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and continue for as long as a claim could reasonably be brought.

Changes to These Terms

This jurisdiction clause applies to website-related disputes only. Disputes arising from an actual roofing project are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of your signed project contract.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CRS regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings or communications. They do not supersede any signed roofing project contract, which governs the terms of any actual roofing work.

No waiver by CRS of any breach of these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any other breach or of any other provision.
