Is this form for warranty claims too?

Yes. Workmanship guarantee claims start here. CRS confirms the visit by phone within one business day, then schedules the warranty inspection. If the claim is approved, the repair is at no cost to you inside the written guarantee window. Manufacturer defects route through the manufacturer's warranty separately.

I have a Protection Plan. How do I book my annual inspection?

CRS schedules annual Protection Plan inspections directly with clients each year. After the inspection, you receive our findings in writing with photo documentation for your records. Members can also request earlier inspections after storms or whenever a concern comes up. Your inspection slot is reserved as part of your plan, not booked separately.

I had work done by CRS over a year ago. Am I still covered?

The workmanship guarantee covers the window written into your project paperwork. Manufacturer warranties on shingles and materials run separately and are typically longer. Submit this form with your project address and CRS will pull your file before the callback. Coverage status is confirmed when CRS calls back.
